Kathleen's
Personal Letter [.04]
It is clear that the Attorney General's highly personalized war
against my husband has nothing to do with protecting consumers.
There was never any risk to a single buyer of T-UP's products; and
there is not a single case on file in Maryland of a customer
complaining that T-UP, Inc. betrayed their trust.
- T-Up labored to gather and convey competent and reliable
information to support any claims made about Cesium, concentrated
aloe vera and the results consumers were seeing when they took the
products as directed.
- T-UP's literature accurately reflected the experiences of
typical consumers and the findings of competent researchers with
hands-on experience in both clinical & practical medicine.
- T-UP's advertising and promotion accurately reflected competent,
relevant and reliable scientific data about Cesium and aloe and the
results scientists and consumers were likely to expect given the
information provided.
- T-UP presented data its personnel had substantiated after
painstaking research of journals and evidence based first hand
reports of researchers and consumers.
- T-UP judiciously and responsibly observed every consumer's right
to expect useful, accurate purchasing information; high quality,
reliable and safe products; dependable service and fair sales
practices, including a 100% money back policy, no questions asked.
- T-UP traded in good faith. T-UP, Inc. maintained a published
phone number and prominently featured the number in all its'
promotional materials.
- T-UP's 3700 customers never thought of complaining because many
of them were defying death from cancer and AIDs thanks to Cesium and
T-UP concentrated aloe vera.
The Attorney General's case is a complete and utter fiction; a
legal farce spearheaded by an over-zealous prosecutor, out to score
points with his "Boss".
