need not defend the products, Cesium and T-UP
(concentrated aloe vera), because the Attorney General's
own prosecutor admitted in court that the Attorney
General's attack on T-UP and Neal has absolutely nothing
to do with science, medical evidence, patient
experience, efficacy, safety or truth.
Well
then, why did the Attorney General leap before the
cameras and give out interviews to reporters calling the
case against T-Up, Inc. "… the most egregious
case of fraud I've ever seen…"
The
answer is as simple as it is bizarre --- Hubris. Sheer
political arrogance and selfishness drove Joseph Curran
to dip into taxpayers' funds to grab headlines with
Election Day approaching. He thought he could "hit
and run." That was his miscalculation.
There
comes a time when the oppressed must stand up against
the immorality of injustice and prosecutorial arrogance.
This website is proof positive that we're going to
defend Neal Deoul's good name and your rights to
accurate information, medical freedom and healthcare
choice. If it costs several more millions of dollars, so
be it!
If
Neal's story makes you angry and you want to react let
your elected representatives know how you feel.
The
Joseph Currans' and his ilk will only be stopped when
you and I stand up to defend ourselves against them and
the malicious prosecution like I've just described.
It's
time for the truth. It's time for a change.
